摘要
为了探究茅台酒厂陈旧酒坛在邻近三栋高楼爆破拆除过程中的振动安全允许判据而进行现场试验,利用TC-4850N测振仪对试验模拟的高楼触地振动和台阶爆破振动分别进行监测。首先通过挖掘机炮头在不同高度下冲击地面模拟高耸建筑物倒塌触地不同振动速度,确定了酒坛在模拟最大39.27 cm/s(41.67 Hz)振动作用下安全无损,通过台阶爆破振动测试得到酒坛在10.18 cm/s(34.48 Hz)爆破振动作用下没有产生破坏,然后理论验算了酒坛位置处三栋高楼触地振动和爆破振动速度均小于酒坛试验安全允许判据。结果表明:所提出的酒坛爆破振动安全阈值的确定方法能够较好的考虑工程风险,理论验算和爆破效果表明其方法是可靠有效的,可供类似工程中确定安全阈值参考研究。
In order to explore the blasting vibration safety criterion of old Moutai distillery jars in the process of demolition of three near high-rise buildings ,the field test was taken to monitor the vibration and the blasting test were simulated high-rise ground monitoring by TC-4850N vibrometer. First of all, the different touchdown vibration velocity produced by the high building was simulated by the excavator gun head shock the ground from different height, which proves the jars was safe under the maximum vibration 39.27 cm/s (41.67 Hz), and without damage under blasting vibration 10.18 cm/s (34.48 Hz) through bench blasting vibration test. Then the touchdown vibration and blasting vibration by demolishing three high-rise jars are lower the safety test criterion of jars. The results show that method of determining the safety threshold of blasting vibration of jars proposed to considers the risks of the project better, theoretical calculation and blasting results show that the method is reliable and effective, reference for determi- ning safety threshold in similar projects.
