摘要
目的:研讨中药归肝经治疗肝脏疾病的治疗效果。方法:随机抽取2013年5月~2015年11月的肝脏疾病患者共计72例,将所有患者随机分为两组,分别是观察组和对照组,每组患者均为36例,对照组采用常规治疗模式,观察组实施中药归肝经进行治疗,比较两组患者丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)与总胆红素(TBiL)治疗前后的变化水平、治疗效果、不良反应发生情况以及患者的满意度。结果:两组患者丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)与总胆红素(TBiL)治疗前无显著性(P>0.05),治疗后观察组的ALT与TBiL水平低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗效果与满意度观察组好于对照组(P<0.01);两组患者均为不存在不良反应现象。结论:中药归肝经治疗肝脏疾病的治疗效果显著,能够有效改善肝功能,值得临床推广。
Objective： To study the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of liver diseases.Methods： 72 cases of patients with liver diseases treated in a hospital from May 2013 to November 2015 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 36 cases in each group.The patients in control group were treated with conventional treatment, and patients in observation group were given Chinese medicine treatment. Then compared the alanine aminotransferase （ALT） ,total bilirubin （TBIL） before and after treatment, therapeutic effect,adverse reactions and patients satisfaction of two groups.Results： The alanine aminotransferase （ALT） and total bilirubin （TBIL） before treatment of two groups had no significant difference （P 〉 0.05）.After treatment, the ALT and TBIL level of observation group were lower than those of control group （P〈0.05）.The treatment effect and satisfaction of observation group were better than those of control group （P〈0.01）.There was no adverse reactions in patients of two groups.Conclusion：The therapeutic effect of Chinese medicine for liver diseases is remarkable,and it can effectively improve the liver function,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
