摘要
目的评价综合治疗牙隐裂的临床疗效。方法选取我院就诊的78例牙隐裂患者,根据隐裂发生的程度、牙髓状况,进行金属全冠修复和常规根管治疗术后全冠修复。分别于6个月和12个月复查,观察临床疗效。结果早期牙隐裂治疗成功率83.33%;晚期牙隐裂治疗成功率94.62%。结论牙隐裂早期进行金属全冠修复,晚期进行完善根管治疗后全冠修复疗效均较好。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of comprehensive treatment of cracked teeth. Methods 78 cases of patients with cracked teeth in our hospital were selected, according to the degree of the occurrence of the occult cleft, pulp status, full crown restoration and conventional root canal therapy after total crown restoration. Clinical efficacy was observed at 6 months and 12 months, respectively. Results The successful rate of early stage cracked teeth was 83.33%, and the advanced stage successful rate was 94.62%. Conehlsion In the early stage of cracked tooth, all the crowns were repaired and the later stage was improved after the root canal treatment. All the curative effect is remarkable.
