SPS烧结制备热障材料ZrMgMo_3O_(12)及其热学性能研究

摘要 利用固相法制备了ZrMgMo_3O_(12)粉末,利用放电等离子体烧结(SPS)技术制备了致密的低负热膨胀系数热障材料ZrMgMo_3O_(12)陶瓷,讨论了ZrMgMo_3O_(12)结构、表面形貌以及烧结温度对其热膨胀性能和热导率的影响规律.结果表明:烧结温度为750℃时,样品的致密性最好,相对密度高达97%以上;其平均体热膨胀系数为-4.0×10^(-6)/K;从室温到600℃的热导率为1.05~1.3 W/(m·K).因而,使用SPS烧结技术可以制备出致密度高、热膨胀系数和热导率低的ZrMgMo_3O_(12)陶瓷. ZrMgMo3 O12 powders with negative thermal expansion were synthesized by solid-state reaction method. Spark plasma sintering ( SPS) technique was used to prepare ZrMgMo3 O12 ceramic. The influ-ences of structure, surface morphology and sintering temperature of ZrMgMo3 O12 on the properties of ther-mal expansion and thermal conductivity were discussed. The results showed: the sample sintered at the temperature of 150℃ had the highest relative density more than 97%. From room temperature to 600℃, the thermal expansion coefficient and the thermal conductivity were -4. 0 × 10-6/K and 1. 05~1. 3 W/(m·K), respectively. Hence, ZrMgMo3 O12 ceramic with high relative density, low thermal expansion coefficient and thermal conductivity could be prepared by SPS technique.
