摘要
玄府理论是指运用开通玄府法治疗玄府失司的疾病,强调的是玄府的上下开阖顺畅。短暂性脑缺血发作(TIA)、脑梗死(CIS)、脑出血(ICH)等脑血管病是因脑部微循环发生障碍,气血周流失常,玄府闭塞,神机出入不遂导致。临床从玄府理论入手,解释脑血管病发生发展过程,并且通过开通玄府法来治疗脑血管病,以期对该病的中医药临床有指导和治疗意义。
To illustrate the xuan fu theory and cerebrovascular disease pathologic correlation, and opening xuan fu method in the treatment of transient ischemic attack （TIA） and cerebral infarction （CIS）, the effectiveness of intracerebral hemorrhage（ ICH ）. The xuan fu theory are used to explain the development of cerebrovascular disease, and through the opening xuan fu method to treat cerebrovascular disease. Xuan fu theory and cerebrovascular disease, both in clinical, physiological and pathological relevance. The method of opening xuan fu method in the treatment of cerebrovascular diseases has good curative effect and guiding significance.
