摘要
尖山铁矿通过不断试验研究及工艺改进,最终实现了磁重选与反浮选联合选别提铁降硅的工艺流程,但反浮选系统运行成本较高。尖山铁矿通过磁浮选柱提质降杂试验研究,探讨适合该矿石合理的选矿工艺流程和高效的分选设备,为降本增效及提质增产提供新途径和新方法。
Through constant experimental studies and process upgrade by Jianshan Iron Ore, it finally achieves a process flowsheet that combines magnetic and gravity separation and reverse floatation to improve iron content and reduce silica. But the operation cost of reverse floatation system is relatively high. Through experimental study on quality improvement and impurity reduce for magnetic and floatation separation column by Jianshan Iron Ore, it discusses the reasonable beneficiation process flowsheet and high effective separation equipment suitable for this kind of iron ore. It provides new ways and methods for reducing cost, improving efficiency, improving quality, and increasing production.
