摘要
目的调查温州地区成年男性25-羟维生素D[25(OH)D]水平及其相关影响因素。方法收集从2013年1月-2015年6月温州医科大学附属第一医院20岁以上健康男性体检者标本766例,采用电化学发光法测定血清25(OH)D、甲状旁腺素(PTH),紫外光度法测定血磷(P)和偶氮胂Ⅲ法测定血钙(Ca)浓度水平,同时测量足跟骨密度、腰围及身体质量指数(BMI);以50 nmol/L作为阈值分为25(OH)D缺乏组和正常组,同时按10岁年龄为间隔,分为5个年龄段。数据通过SPSS软件处理。结果 25(OH)D水平随着年龄增加其浓度水平呈上升趋势。25(OH)D缺乏症的总患病率为23.2%,随年龄增长,患病率呈逐渐下降趋势。25(OH)D缺乏组的BMI、腰围、Ca和PTH水平明显高于正常组,年龄指标则低于正常组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。25(OH)D浓度水平与BMI、腰围和PTH呈负相关,与年龄呈正相关。结论温州地区成年男性血清25(OH)D水平缺乏呈低龄化趋势,年龄、BMI、腰围、血清Ca及PTH水平是影响成年男性血清25(OH)D水平的重要因素。
Objective To investigate the levels of 25-hydroxy vitamin D[25( OH) D]and its relevant influencing factors in adult males in Wenzhou area. Methods We collected 766 samples from healthy male patients over the age of 20 in the First Affiliated Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University from January 2013 to June 2015. The serum 25( OH) D and parathyroid hormone( PTH) were determined by electrochemiluminescence. The serum levels of phosphorus( P) was measured by ultraviolet spectrophotometry,and calcium( CA) was measured by Arsenazo Ⅲ; the heel bone density,waist circumference,and body mass index( BMI) were detected at the same time. The subjects were divided into 25( OH) D deficiency group and normal group according to the threshold of 50 nmol/L,and simultaneously by 10-year-old age interval,divided into five age groups. Data was processed by SPSS. Results The concentration of 25( OH) D increased with age. The prevalence rate of 25( OH) D deficiency in 766 healthy men was 23. 2%. Along with the growth of the age,the prevalence rate showed a gradual downward trend.BMI,waist circumference,Ca and PTH levels in the 25( OH) D deficiency group were significantly higher than those in the normal group,but age was lower than that in the normal group,with the differences statistically significant( P 〈 0. 05). 25( OH) D concentration was negatively correlated with BMI,waist circumference and PTH,but positively correlated with age. Conclusion The serum 25( OH) D lack of Wenzhou adult male showed a trend of younger age. Age,BMI,waist circumference,serum levels of Ca and PTH were important factors influencing the serum level of serum 25( OH) D in adult men.
