多层结构镀银聚酯导电纤维的制备 被引量:3

Preparation of conductive PET fiber with Ag/ITO bilayers

摘要 聚酯纤维经除油和粗糙化后,表面浸涂氧化铟锡(ITO)溶胶,经热处理在纤维表面形成ITO层,经SnCl2溶液敏化后浸入特定浓度的氧化-还原镀银溶液中,获得表面镀制银/ITO复合导电层的聚酯导电纤维。扫描电子显微镜观察显示,复合导电层的厚度约为500nm,纤维表面银层平整,颗粒均匀。能量弥散X射线能谱测试表明,纤维表面银的质量分数可达87.44%。对纤维进行力学性能和导电性能测试结果显示,其断裂强度为4.741cN/dtex,比原纤维下降约14%,纤维电阻率可低至0.21mΩ·cm。 A layer of indium tin oxide(ITO)through dip-coating and thermal annealing was precipitated on degreased and roughened PET fiber.The fiber surface was sensitized by SnCl2 solution followed by typical silver mirror reaction.The SEM result of fiber morphology showed that particles of silver layer were smooth and uniform,and the thickness of the conductive bilayers was about500 nm.The element mass fraction of the fiber analyzed by energy-dispersive X ray spectroscopy showed that the mass fraction of silver element on the fiber surface reached to 87.44%.The breaking strength of the conductive fiber was 4.741cN/dtex,which was 14% lower than that of the original fiber.The prepared fiber has excellent conductivity,and its resistivity could be as low as 0.21mΩ·cm.
