摘要
利用吸附性能强、价格低廉、资源丰富的硅藻土为吸附剂对重金属离子铅进行吸附研究。研究发现未经处理的硅藻土对铅有一定的吸附效果但不明显,通过简单的碱浸处理工艺提纯后,其对铅的吸附效果明显改善。通过单因素试验确定吸附的最佳条件,并利用正交试验确定碱浸工艺的最优条件,最后利用SEM进行验证分析。结果表明,最优的碱浸提纯工艺为质量分数为5%的氢氧化钠,60℃处理90min。对于10mL的硝酸铅溶液(20mg/mL),在碱浸硅藻土用量0.06g、温度25℃和pH为5的条件下进行吸附,对Pb2+的去除率可达88.32%;SEM分析发现,碱浸提纯后的硅藻土表面上的被堵塞的孔隙被打开,部分杂质被去除,体系通透性增加,从而使得处理后的硅藻土吸附性能提高。
Adsorption of heavy metal ions was studied using diatomite with strong adsorption performance,low cost and abundant resources.Results showed that diatomite without dealt had poor absorption of lead ions but good absorption property after refined by immersed in sodium hydroxide.The optimal conditions of sodium hydroxide treatment were the sodium hydroxide dosage of 5%,at60 ℃ and treatment time of 90 min.Under the conditions,the removal rate could reach to 88.32%when the dosage of the treated diatomite was 0.06 g at 25 ℃ and pH of 5.SEM result showed that the blocked holes on the surface of the treated diatomite were opened and some impurity was removed,of which permeability was enhanced and absorption performance was improved.
