摘要
以桉木木素和麦草木素为原料,聚氧化乙烯为助纺剂,采用静电纺丝方法制备了木素基碳纤维前驱体;通过凝胶色谱、红外光谱、热稳定性分析、扫描电镜等考察了木素相对分子质量、结构、热稳定性及木素与聚氧化乙烯配比对木素基碳纤维前驱体的影响。结果表明,木素分子质量越大热稳定性越好,愈疮木基和乙酰基含量越高,越有利于静电纺丝时碳纤维前躯体的形成;阔叶木木素制备的木素基碳纤维前躯体的形态因素优于草类原料;随着助纺剂聚氧化乙烯用量的增大,碳纤维前躯体的形态因素越来越好,纤维直径逐步加大,到达4%之后便不再对碳纤维前躯体产生影响。
Lignin based carbon fiber precursor was prepared by electrospinning using eucalyptus lignin and lignin from wheat straw as raw material,poly ethylene oxide(PEO)as the spinning assistant agent.Effects of lignin relative molecular weight,structure,thermal stability and ratio of lignin and PEO on the precursor using GPC,FT-IR,TG and SEM.The results showed that the thermal stability increased with the lignin molecular weight,while the formation of carbon fiber precursors easier to form with the higher content of G-lignin and acetyl groups.Morphological factors of straw lignin based carbon fiber was better than that of hardwood lignin prepared precursor.The morphology of the precursor of the carbon fiber was getting better with the increase of PEO dosage,and the diameter increased as well.It no longer had effect on carbon fiber precursor morphology until PEO dosage reach to 4%.
