摘要
本文在分析了国内外有关车轮应力分析的文献及国内外车轮标准后,通过对车轮受垂向力、横向力、制动热载荷作用下的强度计算,以及轮轨接触应力和垂向附加动态载荷的计算,认为铁路货车车轮在25t轴重下采用840mm轮径是可行的和合理的。分析表明,采用优化后的曲线深盆型辐板货车车轮应力水平比采用S形辐板或其它形状的辐板车轮低。
Based on the analysis of international and domestic paper relating to wheel stress and wheel standards, the paper made the strenght calculation and optimized design of wheel under vertical and horizontal forces and the braking thermal load and that of the contact stress between wheel and rail and the vertical additional ydnamic load. It holds that it is feasible and rational to use 840mm diameter wheel under an axle load of 25t for freight cars and that it proves the stress level of the optimized deep basin web wheel is less than that of the S shaped web wheel or other shaped web wheels.
