摘要 压缩天然气(CNG)储气井是目前我国主要的天然气存储装置,国家监督与检验机构对储气井存在的泄露、腐蚀等不安全因素需进行定期检查与评估。目前,国内CNG储气井缺少高效可靠的专用检测仪器,在参考国内外相关仪器的基础上,利用水浸法超声波测厚原理,研发一种便携式储气井超声测厚仪,该仪器在检验精度达到储气井安全检测标准的基础上,具有价格低、体积小、耐腐蚀、重量轻、操作简便、测厚效率高等优点;同时,还开发检测数据处理软件,能实现储气井安全与否的快速评估、危险部位提醒及腐蚀预判等功能,为储气井安全检测提供有效手段,填补国内此类仪器的空白。 Compressed natural gas (CNG) storage wells are currently the mostly applied equipment for storage of natural gas in China. National monitoring and inspection agency will conduct regular inspections and assessments on leaks, corrosion and other unsafe factors of gas storage wells. At present, domestic CNG storage wells lack efficient and reliable detective devices. Based on the reference to related devices in China and abroad, a portable ultrasonic thickness measuring device for gas storage wells is developed by using water immersion ultrasonic thickness measuring method. The device has the precision meeting the detection safety standards and has the advantages of low price, small size, corrosion resistance, light weight, simple operation, efficiency in detection, etc. At the same time, a data-processing software is developed which can realize quick safety assessments of storage wells, hazardous location warning, corrosion prejudgment, etc. It provides an effective means for gas storage well safety check and fills the blank of such domestic instruments in China.
