摘要
为了探究深厚流砂层煤矿斜井旋喷注浆支护技术,在陕北某矿区开展现场35 m厚流砂层旋喷注浆围井试验,并通过质量检验评价围井结构体系的可靠性。围井的质量检验主要包括内外排桩体搭接处钻芯取样的28 d抗压强度试验和钻孔压水试验。试验结果表明,旋喷围井结构体在35 m厚流砂层中桩体完整,内外排搭接良好,桩径可以得到保证,且钻孔压水试验所得的渗透系数为10-6cm/s;但由于封底桩施做时,内排桩已基本凝固成型,致使封底桩与内排桩搭接较差,出现渗漏。
In order to explore the technology of inclined shaft jet grouting in deep flow sand seam, the project department decided to carry out on-site 35 m flow sand seam jet grouting piles surrounding well test in a mining area in northern Shaanxi, and evaluated the reliability of the surrounding structural system through quality inspection. The quality test of the surrounding well includes the 28 d compressive strength test of core sampling at the overlapping parts of pile body and the drilling water pressure test. The results show that the pile body is complete, the overlapping parts are well connected, the pile diameter can be ensured, and the permeability coefficient is 10^-6 cm/s in drilling water pressure test. When the back cover is applied, the inner row of piles basically solidification molding, resulting in the back cover and the inner row of the pile is poor and leaking.
