摘要
为适应扩大铁路货物运输能力的需要,我国铁路货车发展的基本趋向是大型化,特别是其中的敞车,同时适当地发展部分专用车。至本世纪末应争取使货车总数达到600000辆,届时货车平均每延米重可达到5.87t/m。加速试制轴重23t和25t的大型四轴敞车,在铁路主要干线上尽快更换60kg/m以上的重轨,以促进重载运输的发展。
To enhance the capacity of railway freight transportation, China's railway system tends to manufacture and use larger and larger rolling stocks, open wagons in particular. Proper attention is also paid to the development of special-type wagons. A goal should be set to bring China's total number of rolling stocks to 600 000 and their average weight per extended metre to 5.87t/m by the end of this century. To boost heavy haul transportation, efforts should be made to push on research and development of large four-axle open wagons with axle loadinss of 23t and 25t. Meanwhile the introduction on major trunk lines of heavy rails of 60kg/m and above should be speeded up.
