以信仰的力量锻造当代大学生的专业品格——以地方应用型本科院校市场营销专业为例

摘要 当代高校教学体系中,大学生信仰教育与专业学习之间普遍存在着"心理距离"。马克思主义和共产主义信仰鼓励人的解放和进取,具有高标准的道德要求和与时俱进的品质,是信仰教育与专业学习相融合的理论前提。与此同时,专业起步的思想教育、专业精神的锻造以及实践能力的提升也提出了对信仰教育的迫切需求,需要实施融入信仰教育的专业人才培养模式。从揭示信仰教育与专业学习可融合的理论前提入手,并以地方应用型本科院校市场营销专业为例提出了实施策略,即以信仰的塑造作为专业人才培养目标的重要内容,开发承载信仰教育的专业课程,围绕信仰塑造校准课程及能力培养目标体系,激励专业老师与辅导员一起开展信仰教育。 There widely exists a "psychological distance" which is between College Students' faith education and professional learning in contemporary university teaching system. Marxist and communist beliefs encourage people to liberation and progress. Requirement of high moral standards and quality of advancing with times are the theoretical premise of the integration of faith education and professional learning. Meanwhile, ideological educating before learning the specialty, forging the professional spirit, and advancing the practical ability put forward the urgent demand for faith education. Therefore, the professional training mode need to be implemented with faith education. This paper started with revealing the theoretical premise about which faith education and professional learning can be integrated, pointed out the urgent needs of the fusion of faith education and professional learning in the new environment, and then proposed the implementing strategies in case of marketing specialty in local application-oriented college and university. Such strategies are making faith shaping as an important content within the talent training target, developing the professional courses which can hold faith education in them, shaping target system of standard courses and ability training around faith, encouraging professional teacher to conduct faith education with the counselors.
