摘要
目的 测量20-37周正常胎儿标本第四颈椎(C4)椎体各参数随孕周变化的规律,完善胚胎脊椎发育影像解剖数据。方法 利用3.0T磁共振对41例20-37孕周(男,21例;女,20例)胎儿标本行3D-T2WI和T2WI-SPC序列扫描,测量不同孕周C4椎体生长参数并行统计分析,得出各参数随孕周变化的曲线。结果 C4椎体的各参数的变化随孕周变化呈线性相关,不同性别在各参数中无统计学差异。结论 C4椎体作为典型中位颈椎椎体的代表,其动态生长发育呈线性增长趋势,与胎龄相关的C4椎体的生长参数参照区间对评估先天性脊柱发育缺陷有重要参考价值。
Objective Detailed knowledge on the normative growth of fetal spine is of great significance role in the prenatal diagnosis. This study focused on the age-specific parameters of C4 vertebral body of normal fetuses ranged from 20 to 37 gestational ages. Methods Forty one human fetuses (21 males, 20 females) who had been derived from spontaneous abortions underwent magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) examinations using sequences of 3D-T2WI and T2WI-SPC. Through digital imaging analysis and statistical analysis. We achieved the best-fit curve for each parameter of C4 vertebra. Results There was no significant differences in gender. The parameters of C4 vertebral body increased linearly. No significant differences were observed in the values of the parameters studied according to sex. Conclusion C4 vertebra, being the typical mid-cervical one, grows linearly by gestational age. The age-specific reference intervals are of great importance in the prenatal diagnosis of congenital deformations of spine.
