摘要
目的探讨莫沙必利联合黛力新治疗功能性消化不良的临床疗效。方法选取2014年6月至2016年1月于我院接受治疗的200例功能性消化不良患者。随机均分为两组,对照组单纯应用莫沙必利治疗,观察组患者应用莫沙必利联合黛力新治疗,观察两组的临床疗效与发生不良反应的情况。结果观察组患者治疗的总有效率为89.0%,远高于对照组(70.0%),差异显著,P<0.05,具有统计学意义;两组的不良反应发生率无显著差异,P>0.05,而且症状均比较轻微,肝肾功能无异常,对治疗无影响。结论在功能性消化不良的治疗中,应用莫沙必利联合黛力新的方法能有效改善临床症状,疗效显著,而且无严重不良反应,安全性高,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of mosapride combined with deanxit in the treatment of functional dyspepsia. Methods 200 patients with poor functional dyspepsia from June 2014 to January 2016 treated in this hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups. The control group were treated with mosapride treatment, observation group were treated with mosapride will benefit combined with deanxit in the treatment, observe two groups of clinical curative effect and the occurrence of adverse reactions. Results Observation group, the total effective rate was 89.0%, far higher than that of the control group （70.0%）, had significant difference, P 〈0.05, there was no significant difference in the adverse reactions of the two groups, P 〉 0.05, and symptoms are relatively mild, liver and kidney function, no abnormal, for the treatment of no effect. Conclusion In the treatment of functional dyspepsia, mosapride will benefit combined with deanxit method can effectively improve the clinical symptoms, curative effect is distinct, and no serious adverse reaction and high safety. It is worthy to be popularized.
