摘要 本文在冰洲石晶体偏光器件中选择了具有代表性的Glan Taylor棱镜 ,对其消光比、角度偏离量的测试进行了研究 ,并对其实验结果进行了分析 ,找出了影响偏光棱镜性能的因素 ,针对主要因素提出了改进措施 :棱镜的光轴方向与实际晶体的光轴方向差距大 ,则将严重影响棱镜的消光比 ,其角度偏离量也将增大 ;原材料的质量对棱镜的各项性能都有极大的影响 。 This paper chose the representative Glan Taylor prism in light polarized device of Iceland spar crystal,and introduced the test paths of its extinction index and value of angular misalignment,and analysed the results of the test.The factors that affect the performance of Clan Taylor prism were found,and some improving measurements to the important factors were provided.There is big difference between the direction of the prism's optical axis and that of the real crystal.Therefore,the value of angular misalignment of prism will be increased and extinction will be larger too,also the quality of the raw materials would affect the various function index of prism greatly.So,the making of a pair of prisms should choose the materials by cutting from the same bulk of CaCO 3.
