摘要
目的探讨分析该院近期收治的1例带状疱疹致Ogilvie综合征的临床特点,治疗及预后情况并回顾Ogilvie综合征的相关文献资料。方法该院2013年1月—2016年7月共收治90余例肠梗阻病人,其中1例为状疱疹致Ogilvie综合征即急性假性结肠梗阻,给予综合性治疗。结果通过积极对症治疗,患者肠梗阻缓解。结论具有机械性肠梗阻的症状和体征,实际并不存在肠道器质性病变,该类肠梗阻称假性肠梗阻,包括急性假性结肠梗阻、慢性假性结肠梗阻、假性小肠梗阻等。急性假性结肠梗阻又称为Ogilvie综合征。临床上带状疱疹致Ogilvie综合征不多见。Ogilvie综合征易发生穿孔等严重并发症,临床死亡率较高,需仔细鉴别,综合分析,以尽早缓解梗阻。
Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics, treatment and prognosis of 1 cases of herpes zoster complicated with Ogilvie syndrome in our department recently and review of relevant literature on Ogilvie syndrome. Methods January 2013 to July 2016 were treated in our Department more than 90 cases of obstruction, one of the cases were caused by herpes-like Ogilvie Syndrome is acute colonic pseudo-obstruction obstruction, giving comprehensive treatment. Results Through positive symptomatic treatment, in patients with intestinal obstruction relief. Conlusion With mechanical obstruction symptoms and signs, there is no actual intestinal pathological changes, the intestinal obstruction called intestinal pseudo obstruction, including acute colonic pseudo obstruction, chronic colonic pseudo obstruction, intestinal pseudo obstruction.Acute colonic pseudo obstruction, also known as Ogilvie syndrome. clinical herpes zoster induced Ogilvie syndrome is rare.Ogilvie syndrome is prone to perforation and other serious complications, the clinical mortality rate is high, need careful identification, comprehensive analysis, in order to ease the obstruction as soon as possible.
