摘要
目的探讨中医药干预桡骨远端骨折早期肿痛的疗效;方法选取2012年10月-2015年12月我院收治的桡骨远端骨折患者56例,随机分为对照组同研究组各28例,对照组患者使用手法复位治疗,研究组患者在对照组患者基础上小夹板固定联合使用本院自制药品接骨1号丸治疗,对比两组患者的早期肿痛情况;结果在两组患者的早期肿痛比较方面,研究组患者疼痛评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;结论中医药干预桡骨远端骨折早期肿痛的疗效确切,有利于改善患者生活质量,临床上值得推广应用.
Objective To investigate the curative effect of Chinese medicine intervention of early swelling of distal radius fractures;MethodsFrom October 2012 to December 2015 in our hospital from the distal radius fractures in 56 patients selected and randomly assigned to control group of 28 cases in each group. The control group was treated with manipulative reduction for the treatment of, study group of patients in the control group on the basis of the patients combined with bone 1 pill in the treatment, compared two groups of patients with early swelling and pain. ResultsIncomparison of two groups of patients with early swelling and pain, the pain score in patients of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group, the difference is statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）;ConclusionTCM treatment of distal radius fractures that has a painful swelling of the early curative effect, is conducive to improve the quality of life of patients,clinical should be popularization and application.
