摘要
目的 ：调查某院2015年常用抗菌药物说明书中儿童用药信息标注情况,为促进儿童用药安全、完善抗菌药物说明书提供参考.方法：收集该院2015年1月至2015年12月期间常用抗感染类药物说明书150份,统计分析说明书中儿童用药信息标注情况.结果：150份抗菌药物说明书中,儿童用法用量标注率为65.33%,儿童用药事项详细标注率为20.00%,儿童药动学标注率为28.00%;国内、国外抗菌药物说明书中儿童用法用量标注率均较高,儿童用药事项详细标注率及药动学标注率均较低,且国内、国外各项标注率有所不同.结论：抗菌药物药品说明书中对于儿童用药信息标注仍不够完善,影响儿童科学合理用药,药品监管部门仍需加强对药品说明书的管理和规范.
Objective： To investigate the Children＇ medication information annotation in the description of antimicrobial drugs commonly used in a hospital in 2015, and to provide reference for improving the safety of children＇ medication and the improvement of the prescription of antibiotics. Methods： One hundred and fifty cases of the description of antimicrobial drugs commonly used in the hospital from January 2015 to December 2015 were selected, and the Children＇ medication information annotation situations in the description were counted and analyzed.Results： The label rate of usage and dosage of children in the one hundred and fifty cases of the description of antimicrobial drugs was 65.33%, of which the label rate of detail medication
for children was 20.00%, and the label rate of children pharmacokinetics was 28.00%. The label rates of usage and dosage of children of the description of the domestic and foreign antibacterial drugs were higher, and the label rate of detail medication for children and the label rate of children pharmacokinetics were lower, of which the domestic and foreign antibacterial drugs were different. Conclusion： In the description of the drug instructions, the information about the use of drugs for children is still not perfect, which affects the scientific and rational drug use, and the
management and regulation of drug specifications should still be strengthened by drug regulatory authorities.
