摘要
目的观察中西结合的音乐疗法应用于脑卒中后肌痉挛的临床疗效.方法选择2015年8月至2016年8月中国中医科学院望京医院收治的符合标准的患者60例,分为治疗组和对照组,对照组进行常规音乐治疗,治疗组在此基础上给予中西结合的音乐治疗.结果治疗组和对照组治疗后对比治疗前的肌张力下降效果显著,改良 Ashworth 分级明显低于治疗前,治疗组治疗后效果显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论中西结合的音乐疗法治疗脑卒中后肌痉挛效果显著优于常规音乐疗法.
Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy of combining Chinese and Western music therapy for post-stroke spasticity. The method of selection of patients from August 2015 to August 2016 China Academy of Traditional Wangjing Hospital of standards-compliant 60 cases, divided into treatment and control groups, the control group of conventional music therapy,the treatment group on this basis to give a combination of Chinese and Western music therapy. Results After treatment, the treatment group and the control group treated muscle tone before contrast decline effect is remarkable, Modified Ashworth grade was significantly lower than before treatment, after treatment and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group,
the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion The combination of Chinese and Western music therapy to treat stroke and muscle spasm after the effect of significantly better than conventional music therapy deserves further study.
