摘要
目的比较虫草补肾胶囊与左卡尼汀治疗少弱精子症患者的临床疗效.方法选取少弱精子症患者100例,随机分为观察组与治疗组,每组各50例.对照组予以左卡尼汀治疗,观察组予以左卡尼汀联合虫草补肾胶囊治疗,两组均治疗3个疗程.于治疗前、治疗3个疗程后,进行精液常规检查、生殖激素水平检测,记录治疗期间的不良反应,进行疗效评定.结果治疗3个月后,两组精子密度、活动率及活力均有所提升,血清T 水平均升高,LH、FSH 和 PRL 水平均降低（P 〈0.05或 P 〈0.01）,且观察组精子密度、活动率、活力以及血清T 水平均高于对照组,LH、FSH 和 PRL 水平低于对照组（P 〈0.05）.观察组、对照组总有效率分别为87.50%、69.57%（P 〈0.05）.除观察组1例轻度胃肠道反应外,两组均未见其他明显的不良反应.结论虫草补肾胶囊治疗少弱精子症具有较好的临床疗效,有效改善了精液质量,调节了生殖激素水平,且具有较高的安全性,优于单纯左卡尼汀治疗的效果.
Objectives To compare the clinical efficacy on treatment of oligoasthenozoospermia by Levocarnitine and Cordyceps Bushen capsule. Methods 100 cases with oligoasthenozoospermia were selected, and were randomly divided into observation group and treatment group, 50 cases per group. Patients in control group were given levocarnitine, observation group were given Levocarnitine and Cordyceps Bushen capsule, and two groups were both treated for 3 courses. Before treatment and 3 courses after treatment, semen routine examination, reproductive hormone levels were detected, the adverse reactions during treatment were recorded, and the efficacy was evaluated. Results 3 courses after treatment, two groups’ sperm density,activity rate, motility and serum T level were all increased, and serum LH, FSH and PRL levels were all decreased（P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01）, and observation group’s sperm density, activity rate, motility and serum T level were all higher than that in control group（P 〈 0.05）, and serum LH, FSH and PRL levels were all lower than that in control group（P 〈 0.05）. The total effective rate in observation group and control group were 87.50% and 69.57% （P 〈 0.05）.Except 1 cases of mild gastrointestinal reactions, there was no other significant adverse reactions in two groups.Conclusions It has good curative effect on treatment of oligoasthenozoospermia by Cordyceps Bushen capsule, can effectively improve semen quality, regulate the reproductive hormone level,
and has higher security, and it is better than the therapeutic effect of Levocarnitine.
