摘要
全垂体功能减退是一种全身性内分泌系统疾病,其病因复杂,临床表现轻重缓急不一,主要取决于垂体破坏程度和速度,可产生一系列的内分泌腺功能减退的表现,形成了临床上复杂的症候群。垂体功能减退中常见的血液学异常为贫血,但以三系细胞减少首诊者临床较少见。该文报道1例全垂体功能减退症继发三系细胞减少患者,为提高该病的临床认识提供借鉴。
Panhypopituitarism is a systemic endocrine system disease with complex etiologies and varying degree of clinical manifestations that mainly depend on the severity and speed of pituitary damage. It can provoke a series of manifestations of the hypoendocrinism which form complex clinical syndromes. Anemia is a common hematologic abnormality of panhypopituitarism. However,pancytopenia as the initial presentation is rarely encountered in clinical practice. Herein,we reported one case presenting with pancytopenia secondary to panhypopituitarism,aiming to deepen the understanding of this disease.
