摘要
在当前京津冀协同发展国家重大战略背景下,三地人、财、物等各类生产要素流动加速,区域经济社会联系日益紧密。检察机关作为国家的法律监督机关,应当积极顺应区域协同发展的大局,共同打击妨碍协同发展的各类犯罪活动,有效化解社会矛盾,切实维护社会稳定,促进区域协同发展。特别是三地睦邻检察院,必须打破"一亩三分地"的思维定式,深化区域检务协作,探索符合区域一体化定位和要求的检察服务保障工作路径,努力构建资源共享、优势互补、共建共赢的检务协作新机制,充分发挥与拓展检察职能,为区域经济社会营造有利的法治环境,更好服务和保障京津冀协同发展。
In the context of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region collaborative development strategy flow of people, financial, material and other kinds of production factors across the region accelerate, and regional economic and social ties have become increasingly close. The procuratorial organ as the state＇s legal supervision organ should comply with the overall situation of region collaborative development, jointly combat all kinds of crimi-nal activities which interfere with collaborative development, effectively resolve social conflicts, firmly safe-guard social stability, and promote region collaborative development. Especially the neighboring procuratorate should break the thinking pattern of taking care of their own place, deepen region procuratorial work cooperation, explore the service security work path to meet the region integration position and requirements, work hard to construct a new procuratorial work cooperation mechanism of resource sharing, complementary advantages, co-construction and win-win situation, give full play and expand to the role of the procuratorial organ, create a favorable legal environment for the regional economic society. Only in this way, we can protect and improve Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region collaborative development in a better way.
