摘要
京津冀海洋产业链目前处于断链、不完整阶段,存在产业链不对称、产业关联性差、政府推动力不足等问题,亟需从区域的视角,构建培育完整的京津冀海洋产业链,在制度、政策和技术保障下,壮大京津海洋产业、加强区域间产业协作、延伸已有产业链条。
At present,marine industry chain is now experiencing broken and incompleted phase,problems such as,industrial chain asymmetry,poor industrial relevancy,lacking of government impetus and so on,which need to foster a complete industrial chain from the regional perspective,and strengthen the marine industry,enhance the regional collaboration and extend the existing industrial chain under the guarantee of system,policy and technology.
