摘要
新时期新阶段的"四个全面"总体战略,深刻把握社会进步与中国国情,切实体现国家治理体系和治理能力现代化,深化认识社会发展规律、现代化建设规律、可持续执政规律及加强执政党自身建设的必然要求。中国现代管理理论作为中国传统管理思想的继承与创新以及西方现代管理理论的中国化,是关于中国现代化建设的管理理念、认识与经验的概括、总结与系统化,与"四个全面"战略布局密切相关、相辅相成。"四个全面"是中国现代管理理论学科建设的战略规划,中国现代管理理论是"四个全面"战略布局的切实体现。
The general strategy,＂Four Comprehensive＂ in new stage of the new period,deeply grasps the social progress and Chinese conditions,faithfully embodies the national governance system and modernization of governance capacity,profoundly realizing the law of social development,the law of modernization,the law of sustainable governance and it is also the inevitable request of strengthening the ruling party＇s own construction. As the inheritance and innovation of Chinese traditional management thinking and Sinofication of the western modern management theory,Chinese modern management theory is concerning about China＇s modernization,generalization of the understanding and experience,summary as well as systematic,which is closely related to the general strategy,＂Four Comprehensive＂. In addition,the ＂Four Comprehensive＂ is the strategic regulation of disciplinary construction in terms of Chinese modern management theory,and on the contrary,the Chinese modern management theory is the faithful embodiment of the ＂Four Comprehensive＂ strategic layout .
