双眼视网膜神经节细胞复合体参数对称性的分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的:应用频域光学相干断层扫描(optical coherence tomography,OCT)观察健康中青年人群视网膜神经节细胞复合体(ganglion cell complex,GCC)双眼对称性。方法:横断面观察性研究。纳入患者53例106眼,测量并比较双眼眼轴长度(axial length,AL)、全层视网膜厚度(full retina thickness,FRT)、外层视网膜厚度(outer retina thickness,ORT)、黄斑区平均GCC厚度、局部丢失体积(focal loss volume,FLV)和整体丢失体积(global loss volume,GLV)的差异;并分析左右眼差值(△GCC、△FLV和△GLV)与年龄、性别、AL及FRT左右眼差值(△AL、△FRT)的相关性。结果:配对样本t检验结果显示,除AL外(t=2.241,P=0.029),左右眼FRT、ORT、GCC厚度、FLV和GLV的差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。△GCC、△FLV和△GLV与年龄、性别和△AL无明显相关性;△FRT与△GCC、△GLV分别呈正、负相关(r=0.321、-0.356,P=0.019、0.009)。结论:健康中青年人群GCC结构具有双眼对称性,且该对称性不随年龄、性别及眼轴差异度变化而改变。 AIM: To observe the interocular symmetry of retinal ganglion cell complex(GCC)parameters by spectral-domain optical coherence tomography in healthy middle-young age population. METHODS: A cross-sectional observational study. Fifty-three subjects and 106 eyes were enrolled to compare the bilateral axial length(AL), full retina thickness(FRT), outer retina thickness(ORT), mean macular GCC thickness, focal loss volume(FLV)and global loss volume(GLV). And to evaluate the correlation between the interocular differences of GCC, FLV and GLV(△GCC, △FLV and △GLV)to age, gender, the interocular differences of AL and FRT(△AL and △FRT).RESULTS: There were no significant interocular difference revealed by pared-samples t tests in all the parameters(P〉0.05)except AL(t=2.241, P=0.029).△FRT had positive correlation to △GCC(r=0.321, P=0.019)while negative correlation to △GLV(r=-0.356, P=0.009).CONCLUSION: Interocular symmetry of GCC parameters was observed in healthy middle-young age subjects, which did not change with the variation of age, gender and interocular differences of AL.
