摘要
进一步探索山西寿阳地区水平井开采煤层气效果,并且结合七元矿区,为今后开采煤矿解决瓦斯问题。中联公司在该区域作业了多口"U"型水平井,结合当地地质情况,对轨迹设计、井身结构、连通技术、水平段轨迹控制、钻井液等关键技术进行了研究。结合QYN1-02H-QYN1-02V井组的作业情况,应用了钻井液脉冲传输模式、无下扶正器马达、新型可降解聚合物钻井液等最新技术,并取得了成功。该钻井技术结合了地质导向模拟与预测技术,为今后在该区域开发煤层气的水平井提高井眼轨迹控制质量、保护煤储层提供参考。
The effect of coalbed methane development by using horizontal wells in Shouyang Region of Shanxi Province was further explored in combination with the situations in Qiyuan Coal Mine for the purpose of solving the mashgas problem.Based on the local geological conditions and ' U' Type of horizontal wells drilled by China United Coalbed Methane Corporation Ltd.,the key technologies for track design,well bore configuration design,connection technology and horizontal trajectory control were researched.According to the operation conditions of QYN1-02H/QYN1-02 V Well Group,drilling fluid pulse propagation mode,downhole centralizer motor and degradable polymer drilling fluid were successfully applied and good effect was obtained.This drilling technology is combined of geosteering simulation and prediction techniques,which can improve the quality of well trajectory control and provide a reference for reservoir protection of CBM horizontal wells in the future.
