以开封东大化工集团公司离子膜分厂的实际经验 ,介绍了离子膜出现针孔和撕裂的原因以及阴极和单元槽垫片受到腐蚀而导致的阴极损坏及离子膜泄漏等严重后果 ,重点讨论了这种针孔和撕裂的修补技术。
Taking practical experiences obtained in Ion-Exchange Membrane Caustic Soda Plant,Kaifeng Dongda Chemical Industry Group Co.as examples,reasons for forming pinholes and cracks in ion-exchange membrane and serious consequences such as cathode damage,membrane leakage due to corrosion of cathodes and gaskets in unit electrolyzer are introduced.Skills to patch up pinholes and cracks are discussed emphatically.
