摘要
采用双头纺生产技术 ,在NOY公司PET POY线生产直接用于织造 12 5dtex/ 96f涤纶POY ,通过纺丝温度、卷绕速度和冷却条件等方面的优化 ,解决了原丝毛丝多、沸水收缩率差异大、染色性能不稳定的问题 ,产品质量良好 ,满足后道织造用户要求。
PET POY 125 dtex/96 f,used for weaving,is produced by double-spinning technology on NOY PET-POY line.Through the improvement of spinning temprature,winding speed,cooling condition etc.,the problems such as too much fuzz in grey yarn,many differences of boiling shrinkage,unsteady of dyeing behaviour are settled.The product quality is good,the requirement of consumer is satisfied.
