摘要
目的 研究中西医结合治疗腹部手术后早期炎性肠梗阻的效果。方法 选取2012年11月~2015年11月收治的86例腹部手术后早期炎性肠梗阻患者,按照随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和研究组,每组43例。对照组采取常规西医治疗,研究组采取中西医结合治疗。比较两组患者的临床效果,症状完全消失时间,排气恢复、进食恢复以及肠鸣音恢复时间、住院时间以及血清IL-6、TNF-α、CRP水平。结果 研究组患者的治疗总有效率为95.35%,对照组为81.40%,两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;研究组的排气恢复、进食恢复及肠鸣音恢复时间,住院时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;治疗后第12天,研究组的IL-6、TNF-α、CRP水平均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 中西医结合治疗腹部手术后早期炎性肠梗阻的效果显著,优于西医治疗,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To study the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treating early inflam- matory small bowel obstruction after abdominal surgery.Methods 86 patients with early inflammatory small bowel ob- struction after abdominal surgery treated from November 2012 to November 2015 were selected.They were randomly di- vided into control group （n=43） and study group （n=43） according to the random number table method.Control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the study group was treated with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine.Clinical effect,complete disappearance time of symptom and the time of exhaust recovery,eating and bowel sound recovery and hospital stay,and serum level of IL-6,TNF-ct and CRP in patients between two groups was compared respectively.Results The total effective rate of treatment in study group was 95.35%,while it was 81.40% in control group,and there was a significant difference between two groups （P〈0.05）.The time of exhaust recovery,eating and bowel sound recovery and hospital stay in study group was obviously shorter than that of control group,and the differ- ence was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.After the twelfth days treatment,IL-6,TNF-ct, CRP level was obviously lower than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treating early inflammatory small bowel obstruction after abdominal surgery is remarkable,it is superior to western medicine treatment,and it is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
