摘要
目的 探讨补阳还五汤联合天麻钩藤饮治疗脑梗死的临床效果。方法 将我院神经内科2014年7月~2016年7月收治的90例脑梗死患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组45例。对照组采用对症支持、静脉滴注依达拉奉同时口服阿司匹林的治疗方案,观察组在对照组基础上增加补阳还五汤联合天麻钩藤饮治疗。治疗1个疗程后,观察两组患者的NIHSS评分、血浆内皮素（ET）、脂质过氧化物（LPO）、超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）、谷胱甘肽过氧化酶（GSH-Px）等相关指标和治疗效果。结果 治疗1个疗程后,观察组患者的NIHSS评分为（7.62±2.03）分,ET、LPO、SOD、GSH-Px等相关指标明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）;观察组患者的总有效率为95.56%,高于对照组的73.33%（P〈0.05）。结论 补阳还五汤联合天麻钩藤饮治疗脑梗死的临床效果显著,值得在神经内科临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with Tianma Gouteng Drink treating cerebral infarction.Methods 90 patients with cerebral infarction treated by our hospital from July 2014 to July 2016 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,each group had 45 patients.The con- trol group was given symptomatic support treatment,intravenous infusion of Edaravone and oral Aspirin,while the obser- vation group was added Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with Tianma Gouteng Drink on the basis of control group. After a course treatment,the related index of NIHSS score,ethanol （ET）,lipid peroxides （LPO）,superoxide dismutase（SOD） and glutathione peroxidase （GSH-Px） and so on and treatment effect in two groups were observed.Results After a course treatment,NIHSS score of the observation group was （7.62＋2.03） points,the related index of ET,LPO,SOD and GSH-Px each index and so on in the observation group was better than that of the control group respectively （P〈0.05）;the total effective rate in the observation group （95.56%） was higher than that of the eontrol group （73.33%） （P〈0.05）.Conelu- sion The clinical effect of Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with Tianma Gouteng Drink treating cerebral infarction is remarkable,and it is worthy of promotion and application in neurology clinic.
