摘要
为扩大设备管理系统的应用范围,满足企业无纸化办公需求,解决复杂审批流程问题,提高设备管理效率,设计和开发出了基于柔性化工作流的设备管理系统。分析了系统的功能模块和业务需求。根据设备管理审批流程的特点,设计了柔性化工作流的六种工作模式,采用了特征建模技术建立工作流信息模型和工作流实例模型,结合SOA服务思想,构建流程总体框架,提供了设备流程化管理平台,对业务单据和流程数据进行有效跟踪,增强了设备的有效利用率,提高了设备管理的灵活性和动态性,并在企业中得到应用。
To expand the scope of the equipment management system, meet the needs of the enterprise paperless office, solve the problem of complicated approval process, improve the efficiency of equipment management, an equipment management system was designed and developed based on flexible workflow. Module and demand of the system was analyzed,work model of flexible workflow was designed based on the characteristics of equipment management approval process, workflow information model and instance model was described by feature modeling technology. Based on SOA service framework, workflow framework was built, a equipment process management platform was provided to track and analyze business document and process data, improving the flexibility and dynamics of equipment management. The system has been applied in the enterprise.
