摘要
磨加工主动量仪广泛应用于数控磨床,能够实现产品加工过程的主动控制。为完善磨加工主动量仪功能,实现对零件批过程质量目标的分析,提出了磨加工主动测量控制仪拓展功能——零件质量统计功能的研究。基于面向质量目标的统计公差体系,采用统计过程控制(SPC)技术,在加工过程中或加工后进行随机抽样检验,通过控制图以及工序能力指数推断出产品质量及其变化趋势,从而保证了预期的质量指标和过程稳定。研究成果对于丰富现有磨加工主动量仪的功能,促进主动测量技术的发展具有重要的理论意义和实用价值。
The domestic grinding active measurement and control instrument is widely used in grinding CNC grinding machines, which can achieve active control products in machining process. To improve the grinding active meter function and achieve the quality objectives on the part of the batch process analysis, propose the expanding functionality of domestic grinding active measurement and control instrument of part quality statistics research. Based on the quality objectives oriented statistical tolerance system, this paper adopts statistical process control (SPC) techniques during processing or after processing for random sampling, by the control chart and process capability index to deduce the product quality and its change trend, thus ensuring the expected product quality levels and process stability. The research results have important theoretical significance and practical value to enrich and improve the existing grinding active measurement control device function,and promote the development of active measurement technique.
