摘要
在参阅大量有关自动装盒机的资料的基础上,对装盒机执行机构进行了深入的研究和分析,尝试凸轮机构在自动装盒机的应用。充分考虑了自动装盒机的机械性能,详细分析了自动装盒机的取盒-开盒机构的工作原理,以凸轮-齿轮组合机构作为核心机构,行星轮上联接摆动滚子作为凸轮机构的从动件,在凸轮与中心轮的作用下能实现行星架满足"运动——停止——运动——停止"的运动要求,而相对静止状态可为吸盘吸盒留出足够的时间。为保证自动装盒机在高速下取盒-开盒的稳定性问题,提高装盒的效率,避免在高速运转过程中容易出现的冲击现象,提出了组合凸轮机构的研发设计方案。
On the basis of a large amount of information about the automatic packing machine, the implementation mechanism of the machine is studied and analyzed, and the application of the cam mechanism in the automatic packing machine is attempted.This paper takes full account of the mechanical properties of the automatic packing machine, analyzes the box opening mechanism of the automatic packing machine in detail, takes the cam gear combination mechanism as the core mechanism, the planet wheel is connected with the oscillating roller as the follower of the cam mechanism, under the action of the cam and the center wheel, the planet frame can meet the requirement of "movement-stop-movement-stop", and the relative static state can be set aside enough time for the suction box.The mechanism to ensure the stability of the automatic cartoning machine in high speed box taking-off the box, to improve the efficiency of the packaging box, to avoid the likely impact phenomenon during high-speed operation, put forward the research design combination of cam mechanism.
