摘要
火力发电厂烟气脱硝装置中的入口烟道底部经常有积灰产生,同时由于入口与烟道一般较长,支点均位于烟道底部,积灰容易导致烟道变形,使附近膨胀节拉伸后破裂,导致系统运行产生隐患。文中介绍一种简单有效的输灰装置,它不需增加其他设备,不增加电负荷、不增加物料能源消耗;设备及管件少,施工量小,投入成本小;它能实现连续、低压、匀速输灰,对管道冲刷小,磨损小,对炉后空预器积灰影响小;它由普通钢材制作,制作方便,加工简单,不需人工干预可实现长期稳定运行。
