摘要
三维装配约束求解是三维计算机辅助设计系统的核心技术之一。根据装配设计的实际需求,对基本装配约束的构成及约束度进行了分析,对约束组合基本类型为3D3A型和4D2A型的两个刚体的装配问题进行了研究,采用基于吴消元法的符号计算方法给出了装配约束及实数解参数有效范围的求解方法,并用实例验证了方法的有效性。
The 3D assembly constraint solving problem is one of the core techniques of a 3D CAD system. The combinations of assembly constraints are classified according to the actual demands of the assembly design. Assem- bly problems of two rigid bodies, whose basic constraint combination types are 3D3A and 4D2A, have been studied using the symbolic computation method based on the Wu elimination method. The solving method and the corre- sponding valid range of parameter conditions required to obtain real solutions are given. Examples arc presented to verify the effectiveness of the method.
