摘要
目的：研究分析个案管理护理模式在精神分裂症住院患者中的应用效果。方法选取2015年1月～2015年12月收治的精神分裂症的患者95例为研究对象，按照护理方式的不同分成两组，观察组和对照组。对照组患者采用常规护理，观察组患者采用个案管理护理模式。对比两组患者护理前后SDSS评分、NOSIE评分。结果两组患者治疗前SDSS评分、NOSIE评分比较无明显差异，P＞0．05，不具有统计学意义；经治疗后，观察组患者SDSS评分为（4．71±1．32）、NOSIE评分为（204．12±32．45）；对照组患者SDSS评分为（8．35±1．62）、NOS－IE评分为（169．24±28．43）；差异明显，P＜0．05，具有统计学意义。结论说明个案管理护理模式对患者的改善效果显著，值得临床推广。
Objective To study the application effect of case management nursing model in patients with schizophre -nia.Methods 95 cases of schizophrenia patients in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2015 were selected as the research object.According to the different nursing methods , two groups were divided into groups , the observation group and the control group .Patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing , and the observation group was treated with case management nursing mode .Compared with the two groups of patients before and after nursing SDSS score, NOSIE score.Results Two groups of patients with treatment before the score of SDSS and nosie scores had no significant difference, P〉0.05, does not have statistical significance;after treatment, patients in the observation group the score of SDSS for （4.71 ±1.32）, nosie scores （204.12 ±32.45）;control group with the score of SDSS for （8.35 ±1.62）, nosie scores （1.6924 ±28.43）; significant difference, P〈0.05, with statistical significance.Conclusions The results show that the case management care model for patients with significant improvement , it is worth clinical promotion.
