摘要
应用型人才的培养,必须转变传统观念,以职业规划为导向确定人才培养方案。文章分析了计算机应用型人才培养模式存在的主要问题,在新的教育教学理念指导下,提出职业规划理念下的人才培养创新模式,对实践教学体系进行改革探索,以提高教学质量,培养学生创新思维和创新能力。这对学生本科4年的学习计划和人生规划等具有重要的指导意义。
In cultivation of applied talents, the traditional ideas have to be changed, in order to use career planning as the guide, to determine the talent training scheme, this article analyzed the main problems of computer applied talents training mode, and guided by the new education teaching idea, putting forward the concept of career planning of creative talents training mode, and to reform practical teaching system, improving the quality of teaching, cultivating students＇ innovative thinking and innovative ability, which has important guiding significance for four years of undergraduate study plan for students and life planning.
