压砂地石砾筛分机构的设计

摘要 针对老化砂田含土量过高、砂田性状越来越差引起的硒砂瓜品质和产量不断下降问题,设计了能够将石砾、砂土有效分选并按农艺要求分粒度重新铺放地表的机械装备。该装备采用全悬挂式曲柄摇杆摆动筛与耙齿输送机构相结合的设计思路,通过对筛体上物料的运动分析,确定了能够使物料被抛起的合理筛面倾角及摆动方向角,并采用三层网格筛串并联的物流方式,以快速分担筛面物料厚度、减轻上层筛负荷等方法来提高筛分工作效率。通过试验验证,该装备能够实现老化砂田通过机械化工程手段修整恢复其性状的目的,满足设计要求。 Acording to the decline of Selenium - Contained Watermelon quality and production, which are casued the aging sandy soil content is too high and the sand field property is worse and worse, it is designed a mechanical equipment that the sand gravel and the size of effective separation are to lay out the earthb surface according to the agronomic requirements. The equipment adopts a design thought that the full hanging crank rocker oscillating sieve In combination with the tine convey mechanism. By analyzing the movement of materials, it is determined that the reasonable screen surface can make the material being thrown up dip angle and direction angle and uses the three layers of mesh sieve series parallel way of logistics. By quickly share the screen surface material thickness and reducing the upper sieve load method, to improve the screening efficiency. Through the experiment, it is achieved the purpose that the equipment can realize aging sands by mechanical chemical engineering means recovery the traits and meet the design requirements.
