摘要
研究世界典型国家诚信环境的评价问题。从社会、政治、经济、金融四个维度遴选了测度诚信环境的17个二级指标;基于12个典型国家2009—2013年时间序列数据,运用纵横向拉开档次法,对各国的诚信环境进行了动态综合评估,并借助最大序差、灰色关联度等工具对评估结果进行分析。该分析结果可用于为我国诚信环境的改善提供参考。
The evaluation on honesty environment of typical countries in the world is research. Seventeen secondary indexes for measuring honesty environment are selected from four dimensions-society, politics, economy and finance; based on the time series data of 12 typical countries from 2009 to 2013, dynamic comprehensive evaluation is conducted on honesty environment of various countries by adopting vertical and horizontal method, and the evaluation result is analyzed by means of maximal order distinction, grey relational degree and other tools. This analysis result can provide more detailed reference for improvement of honesty environment in China.
