摘要
目的探讨口服康复新液联合兰索拉唑片治疗糜烂性胃炎患者临床疗效及对患者血清肿瘤坏死因子-α、白介素-6、C反应蛋白水平的影响。方法选自2014年3月—2015年9月杭州市第一人民医院收住的糜烂性胃炎患者107例,按照随机数字表法随机分为治疗组54例与对照组53例。对照组给予兰索拉唑片治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上结合口服康复新液治疗。两组治疗疗程均为4周。比较两组患者治疗疗效,治疗前后胃镜积分和炎症因子指标水平变化,及用药期间不良反应发生情况。结果治疗组总有效率(88.89%)高于对照组(71.70%,P<0.05);两组治疗后胃镜积分明显降低(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后胃镜积分低于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后血清肿瘤坏死因子-α、白介素-6、C反应蛋白水平明显下降(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后血清肿瘤坏死因子-α、白介素-6、C反应蛋白水平低于对照组(P<0.05);两组均未见严重不良反应。结论口服康复新液联合兰索拉唑片治疗糜烂性胃炎患者疗效显著,可降低血清肿瘤坏死因子-α、白介素-6、C反应蛋白水平,且安全可靠。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Kangfuxin Liquid combined with lansoprazole in treating patients with erosive gastritis patients and the effect on serum tumor necrosis factor-α（ TNF-α）,interleukin-6（ IL-6）,C-reactive protein（ CRP） levels. Methods 107 cases of erosive gastritis admitted in our hospital between March 2014 and September 2015 were randomly divided into treatment group（ 54 cases） and control group（ 53 cases）. The control group received lansoprazole tablet while the treatment group was given orally lansoprazole combined with Kangfuxin Liquid. The course of treatment for the two groups was 4 weeks. The curative effect,changes of the index level of endoscopic scores gration and inflammatory factors,and adverse reactions during treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group（ 88. 89%） was higher than that of the control group（ 71. 70%,P〈0.05）. The endoscopyic scores decreased significantly after treatment in both groups（ P〈0.05）. After treatment,the endoscopic score was lower in the treatment group than in the control group（ P〈0.05）. Levels of serum TNF-α,IL-6 and CRP decreased significantly after treatment（ P〈0.05）. No severe adverse reactions occurred in either group. Conclusion Oral Kangfuxin Liquid combined with lansoprazole tablet is effective for patients with erosive gastritis by significantly reducing levels of serum TNF-α,IL-6,and CRP.
