摘要
2011年5月1日实施的《刑法修正案(八)》新增了被判处管制、缓刑的犯罪分子依法实行社区矫正的规定,并增加了对管制犯、缓刑犯可以适用禁止令的规定。然而,如何将判决宣告的禁止令执行落到实处,做到"令行禁止",成为当前真正困扰禁止令实施的一大难题。
＂Criminal Law Amendment（ 8） ＂implemented on May 1,2011,has added the criminals sentenced to control or probation according to the provisions of community correction and the regulations that the control or probation criminals can apply the prohibition order. However,how to implement the prohibition order promulgated by the judgment and ensure that ＂all orders are carried out and all prohibitions are observed＂have become a major problem in the implementation of prohibition order.
