摘要
在ISO/IEC Guide 98—3:2008《测量不确定度——第3部分:测量不确定度表示指南(GUM:2008)》中和JJF 1059.1—2012《测量不确定度评定与表示》中,给出了所有输入量均服从正态分布且互不相关的非线线测量模型含高阶项的合成标准不确定度计算公式。本文推导了输入量均服从对称分布且互不相关的非线性测量模型含高阶项的合成标准不确定度通用公式,并对其适用条件进行了研讨。
In ISO/IEC guide 98--3：2008 ＂Uncertainty of measurement--Part 3 ： Guide to the ex- pression of uncertainty in measurement（GUM：2008） ＂and JJF 1059. 1--2012 ＂Evaluation and Expres- sion of Uncertainty in Measurement＂, give the formula of combined standard uncertainty for model of non- linear, which includes higher order items and all input parameters of which follow only normal distributing and non-correlation. In this paper, deriving the formula of combined standard uncertainty for model of non- linear, which includes higher order items and all input parameters of which follow symmetrical distributing and non-correlation. And discribing its apply condition.
