摘要
采用文献计量与科学知识图谱方法,对Web of Science收录的中小企业社会责任研究文献进行扫描。描绘2003—2014年中小企业社会责任研究的特点与趋势;考察国家、机构、作者的产出绩效与科研合作情况;统计来源出版物与基金资助情况,剖析研究的热点主题与主要的研究方向。结果显示:中小企业社会责任研究仍然处于起步阶段,但近几年关注度明显提高,国家、机构和作者间的产出仍然较少,也未形成较大规模的合作网络。研究热点主题主要集中在中小企业践行社会责任的"视角"、"绩效"、"社会责任战略"、"社会责任行为"等。大研究方向主要包括:中小企业社会责任的基本理论问题、特定情境下的中小企业社会责任研究、中小企业的社会责任行为与表现、中小企业社会责任的影响因素研究等。
Papers about social responsibility for small and medium enterprises research in Web of Science are scanned by using the bibliometrics and scientific knowledge mapping methods. The characteristics and trend of studies about social responsibility among small and medium-sized enterprises from 2003 to 2014 are described ; publications performance and scientific research cooperation for countries, institutions, and the researchers are investigated. Sources for publications and funds are analyzed, and then hot topics of research and main research direction are explored. The results show that research on social responsibility for small and medium-sized enterprises is still in the initial stage, but in the recent years the attention has been clearly improved. However, national and institu- tional output is still small, and the formation of large-scale cooperation network is still not established. Hot research topics mainly focused on ＂perspective＂ ,＂ performance＂ ,＂ strategic social responsibility＂ ,＂ agency responsibility be- havior＂. Research directions mainly include： basic theoretical problems on social responsibility among small and medium-sized enterprises, social responsibility among small and medium sized enterprises under special circumstances, social responsibility behaviors and performance among small and medium-sized enterprises, influence factors of social responsibility for small and medium enterprises.
