摘要
探讨聚羧酸减水剂与脂肪族减水剂复配的可行性,并将该复配减水剂分别用于秦岭、海螺和锦荣3个不同厂家的水泥制成混凝土,通过对水泥净浆流动度以及混凝土的初凝时间、终凝时间、坍落度、扩展度与抗压强度等性能的测定,研究该复配减水剂对不同水泥的适应性。结果表明,聚羧酸减水剂与脂肪族减水剂溶液可以互溶,随着脂肪族减水剂的增加,3种水泥的净浆流动度均呈下降趋势,但掺入量至60%时,仍有较好的流动度。单独使用聚羧酸减水剂时,锦荣水泥拌合物的凝结时间最短,坍落度最大;海螺水泥的凝结时间最长,坍落度最小。此外,复配减水剂对3种水泥的凝结时间影响不大,但坍落度及其保持性显著降低。抗压强度结果显示,锦荣水泥制成的混凝土抗压强度较好,并且使用复配减水剂时,秦岭和海螺水泥制成的混凝土抗压强度变化不大。
The combined feasibility of polycarboxylate and aliphatic superplasticizer was investigated. And the combined plasti-cizer was used to make different concrete with Qinling, Hailuo,or Jinrong Cement Company. The adaptability of the combined plas-ticizer to different cement was studied by deter^nining paste fluidity,coagulation time,the slumps and compression strength. The re-sults indicated that polycarboxylate was dissolved with aliphatic plasticizer. With the increase of aliphatic plasticizer, paste fluidity decreased. While the cement still had better fluidity when the aliphatic content was 60%. When the polycarboxylate plasticizer was separately used, Jinrong cement had the shortest setting time and the biggest slump, while Hailuo cement had the longest setting time and the minimum slump. The combined plasticizer had little effect on the setting time of 3 kinds of cement, but the slump and its retention decreased significantly. Compressive strength results showed that concrete made of Jinrong cement had better compres-sive strength. And the combined plasticizer has little effect on concrete made of Hailuo or Qinling cement.
