摘要
目的探讨优质化护理在肿瘤患者热疗中的应用效果。方法采用随机抽样法将208例热疗患者分为试验组(n=104)和对照组(n=104),对照组给予常规热疗护理,试验组在常规热疗护理的基础上根据患者自身情况有针对性地进行优质化护理,比较两组患者热疗时并发症的发生率、护理满意度、热疗依从率。结果试验组热疗患者并发症的发生率、护理满意度(非常满意试验组67人,对照组47人)、热疗依从率(完全依从试验组73人,对照组67人)与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优质化护理在内生场热疗中的应用有效提高了其对护理工作的满意度和对热疗的依从率,能帮助患者顺利完成热疗,以达到最佳的治疗效果,最终达到提高患者生活质量的目的。
Objective To study the application effect of excellent nursing in the endogenic field thermotherapy of tumor patients. Methods 208 cases of patients with thermotherapy were randomly divided into two groups with 104 cases in each,the control group adopted the routine thermotherapy nursing, while the test group adopted the targeted excellent nursing on the basis of the control group, and the incidence rate of complications at the time of thermotherapy, nursing satisfactory degree and compliance rate of thermotherapy were compared. Results The nursing satisfaction rate, the experimental group of complications in patients with hyperthermia(very satisfied with the test group 67, control group 47) and hyperthermia compliance rate(full compliance test group 73, control group 67) compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of excellent nursing in the endogenic field thermotherapy can effectively improve the satisfactory degree to nursing work and compliant rate of thermotherapy and help patients successfully complete thermotherapy in order to obtain the best treatment effect and improve the quality of life of patients.
