摘要
作为精神病专科医院目前没有专门的电子病历系统,为使面向综合医院的电子病历系统能更好地适应本中心,我们做了相应的改进和探索,构建了具有精神科特色的精神科住院志、各种量表、门诊病历系统、严重精神疾病网络管理系统等模块,满足了临床需求;同时在实施过程中还解决了诸如不能进行逻辑检查、表格输出质量差、纸张不统一、成套打印等问题。该文对此进行分享,以资借鉴。
The psychiatric hospital is lack of the specific electronic medical record system at present, in order to promote the electronic medical records facing the general hospital to better adapt to our center, we make a corresponding improvement and exploration, construct the hospitalization diaries with features in the psychiatric hospital, various scales, outpatient medical record system and network management system of serious mental diseases thus satisfying the clinical demands,solve the issues of failing to carry out the logical check, bad quality of tableexplort, uniform paper and set of printing.
