摘要
目的探讨护生床边主查房模式在精神科实习的应用效果。方法将实习的护生58名随机分为观察组和对照组各29名。观察组采用以护生为主查人的床边查房模式,对照组常规由护生参与床边查房。均每周至少2次查房。结果观察组护生出科的操作、理论考试显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论护生作为主查人参与床边查房,有助于临床实践与精神科的理论知识相结合,提高学习的针对性,使护生掌握精神科专科知识及技能。还培养护生评判性思维,查房过程中有效沟通,理解患者,增加患者对护生的信任。
Objective To study the application effect of bedside round model of student nurses in the nursing practice in the department of psychiatry. Methods 58 cases of practice student nurses were divided into two groups with 29 cases in each, the observation group adopted the bedside round model based on student nurses, while the control group adopted the routine bedside round model, and the round was conducted for at least twice per week. Results The post-departmental operation and theoretical examination scores in the observation group were obviously better than those in the control group, P<0.05. Conclusion The students nurses participating in the bedside round contributes to combining the clinical practice with theoretical knowledge in the department of psychiatry, improving the targeted learning and making students nurses master the specificity knowledge and skill in the department of psychiatry, cultivating the critical thinking of student nurses, promoting the effective communication and enhancing the trust of patients to student nurses.
